The UI is mad ugly. Looks like scaled up from an iPhone 5 app on the 6/6 Plus. I know this is "intentional" but wow, its downright disgusting! Cant customize any sound. Cant define a custom third interval in HIIT workout (always work or rest). Utter waste of €3.
Needs an option to remember custom workouts. Variable rest and work times in the same timer would also be a bonus.

Finally an app that I can use when interval training! I love that it logs my progress and takes away the burden of me having to track my interval times while working out! Highly recommend!!
I do the MH Spartacus Workout, a circuit workout that involves a set of 10 exercises. I do as many reps as I can in each exercise for 60 seconds, then rest 15 seconds and start the next exercise. This timer is perfect. Here is what I like about it: - It was so easy to set up for my workout. - I can customize it. (When I started I could only last 45 sec and rest 15sec.) - When you start a timer it automatically counts down from 10 to let you get into position. - Excellent design. It is really easy to read the screen and see the numbers. (They put some real thought into this.) Highly recommend for a simple workout timer, especially for interval or circuit workouts. Does what is says well. Great design!
This app is perfect for HIIT and WODs. Simple, easy to set up custom timers on the fly while crafting a workout, and great preset features. If I were designing a timer app this is how I would design it. Ive been using GymBoss and this is better in every way.
Ive been waiting too long for an app like this. Its very easy to use and functional for all my timed workouts. Ive always struggled to keep track of my rounds when tired, the round counter has eliminated this issue for me. Also, being able to look at my splits is an invaluable tool for improving future workouts. I cant say enough about the functionality of this app.

Maybe Im missing something but I tried a tabata workout this morning but with music playing in my ear buds I couldnt hear the intervals so had no idea where I was time-wise. Couldnt find a volume setting anywhere. Would be a 5-star app if I could hear it.
No sounds for emom or tabata
It needs to be able to turn down the volume on music players or use a louder notification sound. I cant hear the alarm with anything playing.
Ive heard from many friends that this app is great for their crossfit or other interval training. Im using the app for a quick travel WOD while away from home for work. Its exactly what I need. Go!
The app looks amazing, circle counting its simple and perfect, but it lacks some features: -Elapsed time and remaining time when doing a custom workout -Native HIIT support should be a must -The ability to skip work circles Everything else its just perfect. Its a must have app
So I got this to do custom interval training. The setup is very easy which I liked. But somehow it resets. Maybe they should move the reset button from the corner so its not too easy to hit by mistake. Ive been very careful not to touch the screen, so you developers, please check this out! Update: I got a more intricate app later to tailor to specific HIIT routines, but I still use this for my more basic needs, when I dont have to actually carry my phone in my hand. And, another request: Id like the ability to save my custom timers. Then I probably wouldnt need the second app that I got. Overall though Im glad I got this.
This app is simple, easy to use, and makes at home workouts more efficient!
Love the large numbers and simplicity of the app, it just needs to be able to be louder so that it plays over music.
From what I can tell from testing this app out, it is very frustrating that I have to have the app open (and in range) on my phone did the watch app to work. All I want to do is count reps or rounds because I easily lose track at the gym. I want to use my watch by itself to count rounds/reps but it wont work. Please update this app so I can tap the watch screen for every reps/round without having to fumble around with my phone.
My husband teases me because I’m not very patient with apps, so this one is perfect for me. I can start my workout almost instantly without a bunch of settings or configuration. I like to do Tabata intervals and it is super easy. I just set the number of exercises and then don’t have to think about anything but surviving my workout.
Watch remote is great - only limited by the range of the watch/iPhone connection. I work out in my garage gym so the sounds and big numbers are perfect for my EMOM and Tabata workouts.
