Great for my circuit workout

I do the MH Spartacus Workout, a circuit workout that involves a set of 10 exercises. I do as many reps as I can in each exercise for 60 seconds, then rest 15 seconds and start the next exercise. This timer is perfect. Here is what I like about it:

- It was so easy to set up for my workout.
- I can customize it. (When I started I could only last 45 sec and rest 15sec.)
- When you start a timer it automatically counts down from 10 to let you get into position.
- Excellent design. It is really easy to read the screen and see the numbers. (They put some real thought into this.)

Highly recommend for a simple workout timer, especially for interval or circuit workouts. Does what is says well. Great design!
